Easy PHP Date Picker

This is an updated version of http://cool-php-tutorials.blogspot.com/2010/02/easy-php-date-picker.html, giving you the ability to pass a timestamp as date, or current date will be selected:

function date_picker($name, $date=null, $startyear=NULL, $endyear=NULL) {
    if($startyear==NULL) $startyear = date('Y')-10;
    if($endyear==NULL) $endyear=date('Y')+5;
